Guarding Against Anxiety
27th Sunday of Ordinary Time (A)
In our second reading this Sunday, St. Paul offers some practical advice about how to guard our hearts and minds against anxiety by filling them with the peace of Christ, a peace that surpasses all our understanding (Phil 4:7). In this week’s reflection, we look at this passage from Philippians chapter four and what it tells us about how to stave off the many anxieties of the world today.
